Kelly’s daily commitment is to guide people to connect with their bodies’ own deep intelligence. Her yoga and meditation sessions are a holistic combination of physical work, spiritual work and restorative poses to help people expand their innate physical, and spiritual, awareness.
Kelly’s unshakeable belief in the restorative power of yoga stems from her path of recovery after major back surgery. In 2014, she was introduced to yoga to augment her physical therapy. It was life-changing as she witnessed her body’s healing progress more and more rapidly. From then on, she kept an unbroken daily practice that culminated in her 200-hour vinyasa teaching certification.
Now, she brings her transformative knowledge to others in unique sessions that combine yoga and essential oil therapy. Kelly believes the addition of essential oils further strengthens the connection between body and self-awareness, which is so important to balanced healing, diminishing inflammation and maintaining complete health.
When she’s not on the mat, Kelly is a wife and mother, who leads a healthy and social lifestyle. Balancing that with time to work on her meditation practice is essential to her, as she believes cultivating a strong connection with a higher being brings you clarity for all of life’s challenges.
